Responsibilities
The main functions of this position are:
- 1st follow-up with the client through outbound calls to provide complete information about the vacational package and close the sale.
- Contact with owners to solve doubts and benefits.
- Reservations based on open dates & destination.
- Customer pre-qualification.
Qualifications
- Conversational or advanced English level.
- Be on legal age.
- Skills in the use of the Internet, computer and email.
- Sales experience (desirable)
- Assertive communication skills.
- Customer care experience.
- Ambition mindset.
