Responsibilities
The main activities are:
- Telephone contact to clients who already have a vacation package to visit our resorts.
- Verification of customer qualifications.
- Book in destinations like Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto.
- Follow-up and reminder of reservations by email, call and text message.
- Offer room upgrades and transportation to the hotel.
- Attention and solution of questions about our available dates and destinations.
Qualifications
- Advanced English level.
- Be on legal age.
- Skills in the use of web, computer and email.
- Sales experience.
- 1 year Customer Care experience.
- 1 year Hospitality or Tourism experience.
- Assertive communication skills.
- Ambition mindset.
