LOCATION
At kilometer 11.5 heading south on the winding highway to Barra de Navidad and Manzanillo, the Barcelo Puerto Vallarta is just 30 minutes away from the Malecon. The resort stands on Mismaloya Beach, which was the original “location” for the film version of Tennessee Williams’ play, “Night of the Iguana”. It is also very close to the zoo, the ruins of the movie set, gorgeous jungle-draped hills, and the snorkeling area around Los Arcos. Also, lovely Mismaloya Bay is right out front.
