QUALIFICATIONS
Since the client will only be paying around 40% of the cost of the package our host resort invests a substantial amout of money per package. All of this is with the goal of clients to come to our presentations and become members in our residence club. Due to this, our hotel has set qualifications that our client have to meet in order to make sure the clients we invite have the highest probability of becoming members, as well as Terms and conditions that they will be subject to during their stay.
General 1
Married or Single?
Both types of customers qualify, however, we do have to make sure that in the case of a married couple, both people attend the presentations. In other words, if a married person travels without their partner, they will be disqualified from the promotion. In the case of a single person, they are free to bring a friend or family member.
Us or Canadian Citizens
We only maket this package for citizens of US and Canada. In the case of a person not being a Citizen, they must at least be a permanent resident with 5 years minimum of living is the US or Canada. People who do not have a US or Canadian passaport DO NOT QUALIFY.
Age 30 To 70
In the case of a married couple, only one person must be between those ages, ( i.e. if one person is 28 and the other one is 30, the are ok to travel ) For single people, the person whom the reservation is under must be between these ages.
Major Valid Credit Card
PRIMARY TRAVELER(S) MUST PRESENT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT CARD. Debit cards, combination Debit/Credit, non-personalized cards, corporate cards or expired cards will not be accepted
Make sure the CC will not be expired at the time of travel
Income
In the case of a married couple. they must make $50k between the both of them ( i.e. 25k USD and 25k USD each is ok to travel ) Single people must make $50,000 USD annually, on their own.
Full time Job is required in order to qualify for this promotion (40 hours per week)
NQ'S
If the person does not meet All of these qualification needs, they will not be eligible to take part of our promotion; these clients will be more commonly reffered to as NQ’S.
Language
All participants must be fluent in either English or Spanish.
Marital Status
A legally single person qualifying for this promotion must be between the ages of 30 and 70 and must present a valid major credit card in their own name. A credit card in the name of the guest will not be accepted.
Legally married couples must have the same address on their government-issued ID, and at least one participant must be between the ages of 30 and 70. Either of the participants may present a valid major credit card in their name. Newlyweds who do not have the same address on their ID must bring a copy of the marriage license or certificate in order to be qualified as married.
Canadians – only married couples and single women are eligible for this promotion. Single Canadian men do not qualify.

Sales Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute private Residence Club breakfast and presentation is mandatory and will be scheduled by your TAFER concierge who will meet you at the host resort upon arrival. The breakfast and 90 minute tour will take place at one of our TAFER resorts and will begin after breakfast. Transportation to and from this resort is provided.
ALL persons in the reservation, including children, infants, and occupants of a second room MUST attend the presentation together at the scheduled time.
Use of this promotion must coincide with your first day of arrival in Mexico. We are unable to offer this promotion for guests who reserve prior stays at non-affiliated resorts.
Group Travel
Only one package purchase for one room only is allowed for this promotion. If two promotional packages are determined by our office to be traveling together, the benefits of this promotion will be denied and you will be subject to an additional rate for the second package or additional room, OR your reservation will be cancelled without notice. If you have friends or family making their own reservation at the resort, please let us know in advance, or advise your TAFER concierge on arrival. Your own reservation will not be affected.
