weather
The best time to visit Cabo is from May to June, when the wintertime crowds have gone home and the summertime storms have yet to hit. October and November are also nice months for a vacation, but you’ll need to begin your hotel search early if you want to save money. It could be that your motivation for visiting is not the beach: If you’re into whale watching, plan to visit between mid-December and mid-April. If you like to fish, look to come in the late summer or fall. Keep in mind: Pacific hurricane season runs from mid-May to November. Though Cabo typically only experiences tropical storms during the hurricane season, the city has seen hurricanes make landfall in the region, most notably Hurricane Odile in 2014.
ACTIVITIES IN CABOS SAN LUCAS
Walk of Art
In high season, the streets of the city where craft and art shops operate are closed to the circulation of vehicles, turning them into pleasant and picturesque spaces for walking.
Cabo Pulmo National Park
This protected area of the Sea of Cortez has several attributes that make it very special. It is the only hard reef in the Baja California peninsula and the only one alive in the northern part of America. The important population that is closer is Cabo San Lucas, located a little over 60 kilometers.
Camel Ride

El Arco en el Fin del Mundo
It is a rock formation that emerges from the sea at the end of the peninsula of Baja California, which has been called “the end of the earth.” Just 100 meters from El Arco is Playa del Amor, with clear waters, ideal for practicing the snorkel.
Rappeling
If you like adrenaline, Cabo San Lucas is the place for you. Here you can parachute, ski in water, fly over the sea on a flyboard or jetpack, do air bungee and much more.
Playa Santa Maria
Playa Santa María is a paradise for snorkeling and diving, for its clear and generally calm turquoise waters. It is located inside a protected sanctuary, so there is a large underwater life, formed by many small fish of colors and species of flora and fauna that adhere to the rock walls.
